When you first speak to our Building Consultant, they will discuss completing our Boulevard Homes Building Project Planner. Our Building Project Planner allows us to ascertain your expectations and needs, as well as getting technicalities of the block and any other relevant information.

Once we receive your completed Building Project Planner our Building Consultant will contact you to arrange a convenient time to discuss details provided in the planner. Once we're sure we understand what you are looking for we will brief our designers and get to work on developing the plans for your custom home.

We will arrange for you to meet with our Designer and/or Building Consultant to see the progress of the drawings of your new home. And, when your design is finished, we will invite you to view a 3D computer animation of the completed design for you to check that you are totally satisfied.

We will make any required changes and will prepare and present a detailed written quote of the construction costs.

After the quote is accepted and all appropriate documents signed, we prepare your shire application and apply for any necessary approvals.

Case Study: Phil and Jaqui's Custom Design with Boulevard Homes

Phil and Jaqui came to us with key points they wanted to incorporate in their build. They knew what it was they wanted in their home and trusted us to design it for them. We drew up their plans to suit their needs and developed them until the clients were happy. Being a custom build, we then built the house for them. This means we were there every step of the way. It was great to see our plans go from paper to reality and the clients were over the moon with the end result as they had a home that was designed specifically for them.

A spacious composition over three levels, this luxury home with bright airy features has been designed to incorporate family living .

From the entrance hall to the living areas, The Melville is a home that has useable living space in giant proportions. The mezzanine over the lounge and kitchen areas and large glass panels invite a feeling of indoor/outdoor living.
